Orders will be delivered as soon as possible after payment. VITBLISS strives to deliver the order to the corresponding delivery address within 3 working days after payment of the order. For shipments that take place in the Netherlands, we use the letterbox packaging option that PostNL offers.

This means that the package fits in most mailboxes and is delivered by the postman with the regular mail. The delivery days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. This means that no mail is delivered on Mondays and Sundays. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will arrive on Tuesday.

When your package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. This way you know exactly when your package will arrive. If your package does not fit in the letterbox, the postman will usually ring the doorbell, leave a note, or give your package to the neighbours.
